1. I am new to this web stuff. Can you help me make sure I get my site up online?
Yes, we help you every step of the way. We make sure you get your site up on our servers as soon as possible. If you have a problem with your code, we will help you with that. We believe it is very important to earn your business, and this is what we do.
2. What are the basic steps involved? What do I need to put a website online?
1) First, you need to register a domain name. We can help you with that. Just go to the
Domain Registration Page. You can check
to see if a domain name like, somesite.com, is available. We will register the domain name for
$15.00 Per/Year, payable at signup.
2) Secondly, you will need a hosting account. If you already have a domain, and just need
web hosting, sign up for the
Unix Basic Hosting Package. Our Basic hosting package is just $9.99 per month, and it
has all the bell & whistles like, a cPanel Control Panel, POP email accounts, email forwarding,
and autoresponders.
3) Thirdly, you will need a way to upload your web page files to your website. You can download
a free FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client here. It has
help files included, or you can contact Support
for help with setup.
4) You will need to make some web pages to put on your website. A web page is just a file on a
computer with an extension that will make it open in a browser (i.e. webpage.html). There are
many tutorials and free web page makers on the web.
3. Is your tech support free?
Yes. We can help you resolve most issues with your account - web forms, scripts, design, programming, and other technical matters.
4. Will you do all the work for us for free?
We don't do everything for free. We do provide basic support in almost every area totally free. But we can also provide a very reasonable custom package, tailored to your needs for a very competitive price. We can even offer a webmaster package.
5. Can you customize a hosting plan based on my specific needs?
Yes, we can customize a hosting plan just for you. We understand that different people have different needs. We can tailor a payment plan to your needs as well. Our prices are very reasonable.
5. Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, we have a very generous affiliate program. If you refer a customer to us, and they sign up for an account, you receive $10.00 per month up to 6 months. This is a possible $60.00 in your pocket for one referral. There is a 40 day holding period on payments. The customer must stay with us at least 40 days before you qualify for payment. Other restrictions may apply. Any attempts to trick or falsely manipulate the purpose of this program will result in immediate disqualification. Contact support to make a referral. You must personally contact us before any credit for signups will be issued.
5. Do you offer reseller accounts?
Yes, we offer reseller accounts starting at $25.00 per month. Our reseller program is still in development. If enough interest is shown, we will dedicate a special area on our website just for resellers. If you would be like to learn more about our reseller program, please contact support.
5. Do you offer other services such as website design and development?
Yes, we have experience in almost every facet of website development. We will work with you every step of the way until you get your website online. For questions or assistance, please contact us on the support page.
5. Can you help us get a good listing in the search engine results pages?
If you are a local client or business, we can help you optimize your page for local search. This is called Search Engine Optimization, or SEO. Because there is not much competition on a local level, it is easier to get listed locally in the search engines. No one can gaurantee search engine listings, but proper SEO can be very effective.
